How to measure your t-shirt size
Use a measuring tape and write down your measurements so you can compare against the t-shirt sizing information below. Another way to get the right size is to measure your old t-shirts on a flat surface. Garments may run smaller or larger with a difference of +/- 1 in.
Width: Side-to-side below the sleeves.
Height: Shoulder seam at collar to bottom hem.

Medium 30-33in (Waist) 37 3/4-41in (Chest)
